LUXEheal Post-Operative Nursing Concierge Services is independently nurse owned and operated. We have no exclusive ties with any specific plastic surgeon, we guarantee that you will receive safe and comfortable care during your recovery period. We will follow any and all instructions that your provider discharges you with. 

No, they do not sleep during their shifts. For 24-hour care packages we schedule various nurses for shifts. We also bring wireless call bells in case you prefer not to have a nurse directly at your bedside. No need to worry about meals/food for the nurses- we are only focused on your needs and safety.

Our process is simple-

1. Schedule your 15 minute phone consultation via website

2. After an initial consultation regarding your surgery date and needs, we will suggest the surgery plan that best suites your recovery.

3. We book your recovery dates and times of service. You will receive a confirmation email/text. Deposit is required to secure services

4. If multiple dates have been selected, there may be rotating nursing staff facilitating your care. 

5. If there are any pets in the home they will need to be placed in a secure area during service times.

We accepts a variety of payment methods, including cash, Venmo, Zelle,  Square and other digital wallets. 

We do not accepts HSA/FSA.

At LUXEheal we offer our aftercare services include postoperative monitoring, pain medication reminders, medication management, incision/drain care, help with mobility and daily activities, nutritional support. We also offer emotional support and wellness guidance during the recovery process. 

LUXEheal provides post operative nursing care in the Kentucky/Indiana region. All of our services are mobile, we come to you. We care for you in the comfort of your home, airbnb or hotel.
